INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mixer grinder jar put sesame seeds & 4 tbsp olive oil and make paste.
- Add boiled and mashed chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, pinch of salt in the paste & grind more to make fine paste. Add olive oil if required. remove in one bowl. Now your homemad Houmus is ready.
- In another bowl mix grated carrot, raisins, 1 tbsp olive oil, vinegar, mint.
- Spread 2-3 slices of the bread with homemade houmus, top with the carrot mix and sandwich with 2-3 more slices. Cut into your desired shapes.
