Russian Salad

Fresh, Delicious and perfect salad made with pottage, carrot, peas

Serves: 2

INGREDIENTS

• 500 gms potatoes, boiled & diced
  
• 2 carrots,boiled and diced
  
• 2 cups frozen green peas, cooked for 1 min.
  
• 4 medium pickled cucumbers, diced
  
• 1 cup eggless mayonnaise
  
• 2 teaspoon english mustard
  
• 2 tablespoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
• Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a bowl, mix potaztoes, carrots, green peas & pickled cucumbers.
   
2. Add english mustard, mayonnaise & salt and mix.
3. Put in the refrigerator for min 30 minutes & serve.
