INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl mix chopped bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, lettuce and add mayonnaise, mustard & thousand island dressing.
- Add pinch of salt and black pepper powder.
- Apply butter to all 8 slices of brown bread.
- Place 4 bread slices on table and place the prepared salad on .itl.
- Cover with remaining 4 bread slices and healthy salad sandwich is ready.
